Pay:
$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Bear Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Management Team Member for a career opportunity in Dunmore, PA. This position supports daily administrative and data-processing operations through reception coverage, reporting, document scanning, mailroom duties, and accurate data entry. Responsibilities
Answer incoming telephone calls and provide professional reception support.
Prepare reports for parcel-post shipping methods.
Enter and maintain information accurately in company systems.
Scan, organize, and route documents as needed.
Prepare reports for FedEx shipments.
Support daily mailroom operations.
Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments.
Process NOPs accurately and within required timelines.
Assist with additional administrative or operational assignments during slower periods.
Complete other duties as assigned. Requirements
Professional and courteous communication skills, including during busy or stressful situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective organization, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Comfort completing data-entry, reporting, scanning, and general office tasks.
Flexibility and willingness to assist in other areas when needed.
