OnsiteWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position will primarily focus on data entry, invoicing, order entry, filing, and general administrative support.Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry Enter and process customer orders Assist with invoicing and related documentation Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Review information for accuracy and completeness Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed Provide additional support to the office team as priorities ariseQualifications:
Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment #CNX200Pay:
