We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our CRM system. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.

Responsibilities :

• Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
• Transcribe, type, and verify data from source documents
• Collect and enter data into databases or spreadsheets
• Create and update records with new information
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort, organize, and file documents after entering data
• Assist with order entry tasks as needed

Experience :

• Proven experience in office administration or data entry role
• Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with data collection processes and procedures
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
