We are a highly-rated credit repair company that specializes in helping hopeful home buyers improve their credit scores dramatically and as quickly as possible so they can qualify to buy the home of their dreams. We are a family owned and operated business in San Antonio, TX, and after 13 plus years of great success, we are excited to expand our team again! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our CRM system. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.
Responsibilities :
  • Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Transcribe, type, and verify data from source documents
  • Collect and enter data into databases or spreadsheets
  • Create and update records with new information
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Sort, organize, and file documents after entering data
  • Assist with order entry tasks as needed
Experience :
  • Proven experience in office administration or data entry role
  • Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with data collection processes and procedures
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
