This role will involve data entry, invoice review, document organization, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with processing and entering invoices accurately and efficiently Review invoices for completeness and accuracy Organize and maintain invoice records and supporting documentation Assist with identifying and resolving missing or incomplete invoice information Enter and update invoice-related data in applicable systems and spreadsheets Help track outstanding invoices and follow up on items as needed Assist the CRB team with general administrative and clerical tasks Maintain organized and accurate records while handling confidential business information Support other administrative needs and special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous administrative, clerical, accounting, or data-entry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with large volumes of data and repetitive tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information Strong communication and follow-up skills This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in administrative and business operations while supporting a fast-paced team with an important time-sensitive project.
