Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist for a specialized project in their Spring office. This position is fully onsite and is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills, experience working in NetSuite, and the ability to handle invoice-related information with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter invoices and related data into NetSuiteReview invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper system entryVerify vendor information, invoice numbers, dates, quantities, and pricingIdentify and resolve discrepancies or missing informationMaintain accurate and organized electronic recordsAssist with invoice tracking and follow-up as neededProvide general data entry and administrative supportHandle financial information with a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail
