FMLA ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly support Incoming enrollment up to 35 per month Contact the Participant and hired workers to arrange a meeting Assist the Participant and hired workers to complete all required Fiscal Agent Paperwork Maintain the enrollment until successful completion Data Entry of information into the correct system•FMS, Arborsoft, Smartsheet Problem Solving Excellent Communication Skills•Verbal and Written Tier one De-escalating skills Overcome Enrollment blockers, i.e., scheduling requests, EIN errors, etc Provide excellent customer service through quick follow-up and resolution to concerns and questions Office Mail Distribution
