The work blends enrollment support, customer communication, and business development in a steady, people-focused environment. Training, examples, coaching, and regular feedback are provided. Prior insurance experience and a college degree are not required. Candidates from hospitality, customer service, recruiting, retail, fitness, athletics, sales, or other high-contact backgrounds can bring useful transferable skills. First-year earning potential generally ranges from $90,000 to $140,000.
