You will work with individuals reviewing health coverage and life benefit options: learning what matters to them, explaining the appropriate next step clearly, and keeping every follow-up organized. The work blends enrollment support, customer communication, and business development in a steady, people-focused environment. Training, examples, coaching, and regular feedback are provided. Prior insurance experience and a college degree are not required. Candidates from hospitality, customer service, recruiting, retail, fitness, athletics, sales, or other high-contact backgrounds can bring useful transferable skills. First-year earning potential generally ranges from $90,000 to $140,000.
