Responsibilites:
Provide excellent customer service to applicants
Verify customer identity and required documents
Capture electronic fingerprints, photos, and signatures
Complete biometric enrollment and required paperwork
Enter and scan customer information into the database
Operate fingerpritn scanners, cameras, tablets, and computers
Perform basic troubleshooting of enrollment equipment
Set up and break down mobile enrollment equipment
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer information
Must Have Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service, enrollment, registration, biometric, fingerprinting, document verification, or related experience
