SALES SPECIALIST

Mosley School of Cosmetology is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, results-driven Enrollment Sales Specialist to join our team!

PAY & COMMISSION

Hourly Wage + Commission Earn up to $50 commission for each successfully enrolled student: $20 — Student Starts Class Earn $20 when the student has completed their enrollment contract, all required enrollment steps, and officially starts class. $30 — Student Reaches First Evaluation / Midpoint Earn an additional $30 when the student remains enrolled and successfully reaches their program's first scheduled evaluation or midpoint.

TOTAL COMMISSION

$50 PER STUDENT This commission structure rewards you for more than simply getting a contract signed. We want our Enrollment Sales Specialist to help recruit students who are committed, prepared, and positioned to successfully continue their education.

Enroll and retain 20 students through their first evaluation = $1,000 in commission, in addition to your regular hourly wage. This is a

focused on helping prospective students take the next step toward enrolling in beauty and career education programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Enrollment Sales Specialist will be responsible for: Calling and following up with new student leads Selling our educational programs and converting inquiries into enrollments Following up consistently by phone, text, and email Scheduling prospective students for school tours and information sessions Following up after tours and helping prospects complete the enrollment process Creating prospective and enrolled student profiles Creating, organizing, and maintaining student enrollment folders Collecting required personal and enrollment documentation from students Tracking each student's enrollment status from initial inquiry through their first day of class Maintaining accurate notes and records for every prospective student Contacting local high schools and building relationships with counselors, teachers, and administrators to recruit future students Participating in high school recruiting and community outreach opportunities Assisting students with enrollment-related questions and concerns Working with school administration to make sure students complete all required enrollment steps

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

. We are looking for someone who has experience selling and closing, not simply working in retail.

The ideal candidate:

Is confident and professional on the phone Is comfortable making a high volume of follow-up calls Understands how to follow up with leads until they make a decision Can build relationships and establish trust quickly Is comfortable asking for the enrollment Is organized and able to manage multiple student files and prospects Has strong communication and customer service skills Is comfortable working with goals and enrollment targets Can work independently and stay accountable for their pipeline Has excellent attention to detail

PLEASE NOTE

Retail experience alone does not qualify as sales experience for this position. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in areas such as admissions, enrollment, inside sales, phone sales, appointment setting, recruiting, education sales, insurance sales, automotive sales, membership sales, or other performance-based sales environments.
