How does it get done? This position will ensure proper billing and communication is followed with all insurance and customer service by providing the agency with follow-up phone inquires, written correspondence and collection of payments from insurance companies, as well as accounts receivable maintenance. Who are the customers? This position will work closely with staff, internal departments, visitors, patients and insurance companies. Ideal Candidate This position will work closely with staff, internal departments, visitors, patients and insurance companies. Minimum Qualification High School Diploma or equivalent. Employment Requirements Successful completion of a criminal background check is required. Working Conditions Work is performed in an office setting; long periods of sitting, extensive personal computer use and telephone use are required for this position.
