Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and outgoing SCN Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This position focuses primarily on outbound phone calls, promoting SCN services, and encouraging eligible individuals to enroll in the program. The ideal candidate is confident and persuasive on the phone, enjoys speaking with people, and has strong sales and customer service skills. The coordinator will be assigned a daily enrollment quota , with a specific target number of individuals to sign up for SCN services each day. The successful candidate must be comfortable making frequent calls, generating interest, addressing concerns, and turning conversations into successful enrollments. Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls to introduce potential members to SCN services and encourage enrollment. Meet the assigned daily enrollment quota by signing up a target number of eligible individuals for SCN services. Clearly explain program benefits and available services in an engaging and persuasive manner. Build rapport over the phone, establish trust, answer questions, and address concerns or objections effectively. Use strong sales and communication skills to generate interest and convert outreach calls into successful enrollments. Follow up with interested individuals to answer questions and complete the enrollment process. Conduct intake screenings and collect required demographic, medical, insurance, and social needs information. Explain available resources, including groceries, healthy meals, kitchen supplies, nutritional counseling, transportation, and other approved supports. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, member interactions, and enrollment information in Unite Us and other required systems. Track progress toward daily enrollment goals and maintain consistent outreach efforts. Collaborate with healthcare providers, care managers, and community partners as needed. Follow SCN requirements, Medicaid regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies. Qualifications Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and speaking with new people throughout the day. Sales, telemarketing, customer service, outreach, or enrollment experience preferred. Confident in explaining services, persuading others, and handling objections professionally. Friendly, energetic, persistent, and results-oriented. Able to meet daily enrollment quotas and work toward measurable goals. Organized, with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. Able to document interactions accurately and manage multiple tasks. Healthcare or social services experience is a plus. Why Join Us?
