Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Mandarin speaking SCN Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator to join our healthcare team and support members of the Chinese-speaking community . This position will primarily focus on outbound outreach calls , contacting potential members, introducing them to SCN services, explaining available benefits, and assisting interested individuals with the enrollment process. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred), comfortable speaking with individuals over the phone, and passionate about helping community members access healthcare and social support resources. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build trust through phone conversations, and the ability to effectively explain program benefits and encourage enrollment. Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound outreach calls to individuals in the Chinese-speaking community to introduce SCN services and identify potential members. Explain SCN benefits, available resources, and program eligibility requirements. Engage with individuals over the phone, answer questions, address concerns, and encourage participation in available services. Complete intake screenings and gather required demographic, medical, insurance, and social needs information. Assist interested individuals with the enrollment process and follow up as needed. Identify barriers to care and connect members with appropriate resources, including groceries, healthy meals, kitchen supplies, nutritional counseling, transportation, and other approved supports. Maintain accurate documentation of outreach efforts, member interactions, and enrollment information in Unite Us and other required systems. Collaborate with healthcare providers, care managers, and community partners. Provide culturally appropriate support and communication to members and their families. Ensure compliance with SCN requirements, Medicaid regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies. Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
