We are seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider enrollment activities, support client onboarding, and ensure accurate and timely completion of credentialing and payer applications. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Credentialing and Contracting
Coordinate client onboarding calls and track enrollment milestones, deadlines, application statuses, and deliverables
Work with physicians, dentists, mental health providers, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, FQHCs, facilities, and DME suppliers on their credentialing and enrollment needs
Request, review, organize, and maintain provider, facility, ownership, licensing, tax, and business entity documentation
Prepare, review, and submit Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, CAQH, hospital privileging, and related enrollment applications
Assist with Medicare reassignments, revalidations, changes of information, Medicaid MCO enrollment, NPI applications, and CMS Identity & Access authorizations
Research payer-specific and state-specific enrollment requirements and identify missing or expiring documentation
Maintain timely and professional communication with clients, providers, facilities, payer representatives, and internal team members Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Two to three years of experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, healthcare operations, or client services
Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, CAQH, and provider credentialing requirements
Familiarity with provider licensing, business entity documentation, ownership disclosures, and payer enrollment portals
Strong organizational, research, multitasking, documentation, and communication skills
High proficiency in Excel, credentialing platforms, payer portals, and general business software Join our team and help healthcare providers and organizations navigate complex enrollment and credentialing requirements while supporting accurate, compliant, and efficient client service.
