Job Description

Executive Assistant -
Administration SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for the President and Chief Executive Officer and the VP, Chief Financial Officer including internal and external business partners. Supports Board of Directors and Committees thereof including keeping minutes of meetings. Maintains formal governance documents of the Corporation, Board of Directors, and the Medical Staff. Manages schedules, payroll, coordinates travel arrangements, processes business expenses, and coordinates meetings and events. Prepares monthly financial statements with oversight from the CFO. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the contact for CEO and CFO. Completes special projects as assigned. Provides project management assistance for Medical Staff, CEO and
CFO. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor s Degree in business or relevant field required.
Experience:
3 years executive/administrative assistant experience required. Previous hospital experience preferred.
Other:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and basic office equipment. Strong keyboarding skills required. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Must possess excellent public relations and telephone communication skills.

Ability to stand and walk, bend, squat and twist, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds with proper body mechanics. Must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.
