We work across everything from fashion jewelry and wedding bands to precious metals and diamonds, and we sell on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, as well as our own live streaming channels. We're a small, fast moving team where you'll see how a real jewelry business runs from the inside with a focus on practical and creative marketing. The Role This is an entry level position, so we care more about how you work than what's on your resume. You'll support our marketing and sales teams across our online storefronts, help keep orders moving, and be the organized one who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you love jewelry and fashion, live on your phone, and get satisfaction from a clean spreadsheet, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Support the marketing and sales teams to grow sales across eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and Shopify Help create, process, and ship customer orders Keep timelines, notes, and admin tasks organized so the team stays on track Assist with product listings, photos, and social media content Jump in wherever the day needs you (small team, lots of variety) What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail oriented. This is the most important trait for this role Comfortable and fast on a computer: quick, accurate typing and solid Excel or Google Sheets skills Fluent with smartphones and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Clear communicator who works well with different teams Interest in jewelry and fashion Eager to learn. No prior jewelry experience needed but jewelry experience is a plus English required.
