Full time staff (> 0.5 FTE) can enroll their children at LCMSD schools and the Tamalpais Union High School District for high school (with interdistrict transfer). Job Summary Job Summary Position Title:
Executive Assistant:
Superintendent & Human Resources The Executive Assistant to the Superintendent and Human Resources provides highly confidential, complex administrative and executive support to the Superintendent and Board of Trustees while coordinating key human resources functions. Responsibilities include preparing Board agendas and minutes, maintaining Board policies and official records, coordinating executive schedules and communications, responding to Public Records Act requests, monitoring budgets, and serving as a liaison among District leadership, employees, families, governmental agencies, legal counsel, the media, and the community. This position also supports employee recruitment, selection, onboarding, contracts, credentials, evaluations, employment records, mandated reporting, and collective bargaining activities. In addition, the Executive Assistant coordinates District communications, including website and social media content, public information, and emergency communications. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent organization, discretion, judgment, written and oral communication skills, advanced technology proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
