We are a family of entrepreneurs and creatives balancing multiple businesses, entertainment-industry careers, projects, a household, and children. We're looking for an exceptionally capable Executive & Personal Operations Assistant who can help keep all of those moving pieces organized and moving forward. This is a unique role for someone who is bright, grounded, proactive, emotionally aware, and naturally good at getting things done. We're not looking for someone who needs a detailed task list every morning. We need someone who can hear, "We need to get this handled," understand the objective, identify the next steps, ask smart questions when necessary, and move it toward completion. You don't have to know everything. But when you don't know something, you should know how to figure it out.
WHAT YOU'LL HELP WITH
No two days will look exactly the same.
Responsibilities may include:
Managing calendars, appointments, deadlines, and reminders Turning conversations, ideas, and loose ends into actionable tasks Tracking projects and following through until they're actually completed Following up with vendors, clients, contractors, and team members Creating and improving systems, checklists, and workflows Researching products, services, vendors, and solutions Making calls, sending emails, and handling administrative follow-up Running local errands, pickups, and occasional Los Angeles-area tasks Organizing documents, receipts, information, and digital files Supporting operations across multiple businesses Helping coordinate entertainment, music, production, and creative projects Assisting with bookings, events, and schedules Helping with customer/client communication when appropriate Supporting household and family logistics Occasional school pickup, simple meal preparation, or helping entertain/supervise children while assisting the family Working comfortably around children and pets Identifying problems, missing pieces, or upcoming needs before they become emergencies Our businesses and projects touch several industries, including music/entertainment, automotive, hospitality/experiences, retail/e-commerce, marketing/branding, events, and family operations. Experience in any of these areas is a plus. The ability to learn quickly matters even more.
YOU'LL PROBABLY THRIVE HERE IF YOU
… Do what you say you're going to do Are punctual, dependable, and consistent Naturally take initiative instead of waiting to be told every next step Are practical, organized, and detail-oriented Communicate clearly and proactively Have excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy Understand workflows, priorities, and deadlines Can manage several moving pieces without becoming overwhelmed Remain calm, resourceful, and useful when something goes wrong Are comfortable making reasonable decisions within established boundaries Take feedback well and adjust quickly Notice details other people overlook Understand discretion, privacy, and confidentiality Have strong emotional awareness and can read a room Have a genuinely positive, solution-oriented attitude Are resilient and crisis-confident Can work independently without becoming unreachable Maintain the same quality, initiative, and urgency after becoming comfortable in the role We value execution over performance. You don't need to constantly tell us what you're going to accomplish. We'd rather see things quietly and consistently get done.
RESOURCEFULNESS MATTERS
You will encounter things you've never done before. That's okay. We're not looking for someone who already knows every industry, software platform, or process we use. We're looking for someone whose natural response to something unfamiliar is: "I don't know yet, but I can figure it out." Strong research skills, technological confidence, common sense, critical thinking, and the ability to learn new systems quickly will take you far in this position.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Reliable smartphone Reliable laptop/computer Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using email, calendars, shared documents, and digital productivity tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Availability for approximately 10-40 hours per week, with hours varying based on workload and responsibilities Flexible/open availability for occasional time-sensitive needs Reliable transportation throughout the Antelope Valley and occasionally Los Angeles Comfortable around children and pets Willing to complete a background check Willing to sign a confidentiality/NDA agreement
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in one or more of the following is helpful but not required: Executive or personal assistance, operations, project coordination, automotive, hospitality, retail/e-commerce, marketing/social media, childcare/family assistance, events, music, entertainment, or production. We care less about having the "perfect" résumé and more about whether you are smart, dependable, resourceful, adaptable, and excellent at getting things done.
SCHEDULE
Weekly hours may range from approximately 10-40 hours per week, depending on workload, availability, and fit. This position will begin part-time, with significant opportunity for additional hours as trust, consistency, and responsibilities grow. Scheduling is intentionally flexible. The right person can have significant input into when many of their hours are completed. Some responsibilities must happen at specific times—appointments, pickups, events, meetings, or deadlines—while some administrative work may be completed remotely or on a flexible schedule. Because our businesses, entertainment work, and family life don't always operate within traditional business hours, relatively open and adaptable availability is strongly preferred.
COMPENSATION
$30/hour. Selected finalists will be invited to complete a paid trial day at $30/hour before a final hiring decision. Authorized work-related driving/vehicle expenses will be reimbursed.
BENEFITS & PERKS
Flexible schedule Employee discounts/perks across select businesses in our portfolio Professional development opportunities, including hands-on exposure, mentorship, and opportunities to develop skills across multiple industries Authorized work-related driving/vehicle expenses reimbursed
OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
We're creative, entrepreneurial, family-oriented, and fast-moving. Children and pets are part of our environment, so you must be comfortable working around both. We're also human. We value kindness, communication, flexibility, and giving people room to learn. In return, we expect professionalism, accountability, consistency, and follow-through. Flexibility should never become unreliability. Trust should never become complacency. If you're the kind of person who enjoys bringing order to moving pieces, solving problems, learning new things, and becoming the person everyone can confidently say, "Give it to them—they'll handle it," we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
Benefits:
Employee discount Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Application Question(s): This role offers a flexible schedule of approximately 10-40 hours per week. Some work can be completed on your own schedule, while other responsibilities may require daytime, evening, weekend, or occasional time-sensitive availability. Please describe your general weekly availability and any recurring scheduling limitations. You are given a task you've never done before, and the person who assigned it is unavailable for the next three hours. Walk us through exactly what you would do. Tell us about a time you noticed something needed to be handled before anyone asked you to do it. What did you notice, and what did you do? It's 2 PM. You have a deadline at 3 PM, a pickup that must happen before a business closes at 5 PM, an upset customer waiting for a response, and an important project due tomorrow. Walk us through how you would handle the next three hours. Tell us about a mistake you've made at work. How did you handle it once you realized what happened, and what did you do afterward to prevent it from happening again? Once you've been in a role for a while and the work becomes familiar, what do you personally do to make sure your consistency, urgency, and quality of work don't decline?
