We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and results-oriented Resident Care Administrator to oversee our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods in beautiful Lakewood. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned licensed Administrator to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents, families, and team members while helping shape the future of a thriving senior living community. About the Role As the Resident Care Administrator, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs. You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding resident outcomes, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a culture of accountability, professionalism, and service excellence. Working closely with our two nurses, residents, families, physicians, vendors, and community leadership, you will help create an environment where residents thrive and team members are empowered to perform at their best. This position reports to the Community's Executive Director. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of Assisted Living and Memory Care operations. Partner with and lead our Assisted Living Director and Memory Support Director, who are both nurses. Ensure the highest standards of resident care, safety, and quality of life. Foster a positive, professional, and accountable work environment for team members. Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and care teams. Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners. Oversee department budgets, financial performance, staffing, and resource management. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead organizational change efforts. Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals. Promote a culture centered on customer service, compassion, accountability, and excellence. Qualifications Current and valid Colorado Assisted Living Administrator License required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience serving in an Administrator or senior leadership role within Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living. Proven experience managing regulatory compliance, operations, budgets, and team performance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable. Demonstrated success leading change initiatives and improving operational outcomes. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Customer-service mindset with a commitment to resident and family satisfaction. Empathetic, professional, and solutions-oriented approach to leadership.
