This individual will have to make independent decisions on a daily basis, quickly assessing the best way to handle specific tasks and personnel matters. They must collaborate with other staff, leadership, donors, clients, and vendors on a regular basis, all while multitasking a multiplicity of projects and deadlines. Organization and prioritization are key elements of the Executive Assistant's responsibilities. They must know how to keep themselves and others organized and prioritize tasks. Professional writing is a requirement with proper spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure. A variety of writing styles is required, including creative and technical. Extensive knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 365, is imperative. Creative Cloud, Salesforce, and Smartsheet knowledge is highly beneficial. Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage calendar organization
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes as needed
  • Create reports and presentations as needed
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external staff and donors
  • Prepare and submit Expense Statements with proper allocations
  • Special Project Cost Tracking and Insurance Claim Management
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Proof marketing materials and correspondences
  • Research as needed by VP of Operations
  • FPM Reports and Scheduling webinars and seminars, maintaining legacy records, and follow up as needed
  • Assist with budget management, P&L analysis, and general fiduciary responsibility of nonprofit funds
  • Organize events/dining reservations for meetings with external and internal stakeholders
  • Draft and proof job descriptions, respond to applicants, and be main point of contact during interview process
  • Host staff trainings for new systems
  • All other duties as assigned Core Competencies

  • Meticulous recordkeeping and filing Execution of Assigned Duties All duties assigned to the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Operations require a deep understanding of and faithful commitment to the Christian faith, particularly when interacting with the listeners and/or contributors of any RTN Radio station.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
