The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and versatile Executive Assistant to act as a central force multiplier for our executive team. This isn't a passive admin role—it's a dynamic, high-visibility position where you will directly support C-suite operations, drive investor workflows, and keep our multi-state firm running seamlessly. C-Suite & Corporate Operations Executive Partnership:
Act as the primary liaison and gatekeeper for the C-suite, managing communications, calendar logistics, and cross-department schedules.
Corporate Governance & Compliance:
Oversee state business filings and annual reporting, foreign entity registrations, entity license tracking, and business subscriptions
Brand & PR Management:
Draft press releases, manage award/contest submissions, coordinate media inquiries, and oversee company social media accounts and content strategy.
Deal & Office Logistics:
Assist with acquisition due diligence, employee onboarding, mail/file routing, expense report processing, and travel/conference bookings.
Team Operations:
Organize periodic, multi-state team gatherings to keep our remote and local teams aligned. 2.
Investor Relations & Capital Operations Investor Portal Management:
Serve as the main manager for our investor portal, overseeing content (offering materials, quarterly reporting, tax/financial updates) and user access.
Pipeline & Onboarding Workflows:
Track the end-to-end prospective investor pipeline, manage e-signature workflows for subscription documents, and record touchpoints from interest to funding.
Post-Close Servicing:
Coordinate post-close communication workflows, ensuring timely delivery of quarterly reports, dividend updates, and ongoing investor messaging.
Investor Experience:
Plan and execute top-tier virtual and in-person investor events, including creative gift sourcing, invitation tracking, and post-event follow-ups. 3.
Field & Asset Management Support Asset Operations:
Partner with the VP of Asset Management to support property manager onboarding, training workflows, and ongoing operational needs.
Contract & License Tracking:
Maintain accurate tracking for property-level service contracts, renewals, and regional business compliance.
Community Impact:
Oversee our local charitable unit management program across our self-storage portfolio.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
5+ years in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Investor Relations support role (experience in Private Equity, Commercial Real Estate, or Finance highly preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year university.
Tech-Savvy:
Tech-forward mindset with hands-on experience in investor portals (e.g., Agora), CRM tools, and social management platforms.
Communication:
Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to draft professional PR materials and interact directly with high-net-worth investors.
Project Management:
Exceptional task-prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple projects..
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
