Job Overview DD Homes Network is an industry leader in residential care for adults with developmental disabilities with over 140 homes across Illinois. DD Homes now has a rare opening for a Regional Director in Northern Illinois. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating residential group homes for the intellectually disabled, possess a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field, have at least one year of hands on experienced working the intellectually disabled, and be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

• Assist the Executive Director in supervising all services provided in 29 group homes across Northern Illinois
• Assist Executive Director in ensuring that all homes are in compliance with state and federal regulations for licensure and Medicaid certification
• Monitor area census, and participate in developing and screening referrals
• Assist Executive Director in performing all personnel functions including, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and training
• Assist Executive Director in oversight of business operation of each home including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
• Provide support to licensed Administrators in area to ensure delivery of quality services to those we serve

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in a Human Services Related Field
• Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience working with intellectually disabled (personal or professional)
• Minimum of 3 Years of Management Experience
• Ability to travel throughout Northern Illinois (Position will be based out of Sterling/Rock Falls area)
• Complete Authorized Direct Support Person training with 110 days of hire
• Ability to be authorized to drive agency vehicles
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred:

• 2-5 Years of Experience in the Field of Intellectual Disabilities
• 5-8+ years of Management Experience in Human Services Field
• Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Illinois)

$58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
