Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support Upper Management and Sales in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, manufacturing experience, accurate data analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Hours & Pay:

On-site $28-$30/hour M-F 8-5 pm

Responsibilities:

Provide order status, pricing, availability, and delivery updates. Meet with the President of the company 2-3 daily. Have prior experience with preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and reports. Manging calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules. Working together with internal teams to problem solve issues and report to upper management with their findings. Coordinate with production to confirm manufacturing schedules and lead times. Work with shipping/logistics to track deliveries and resolve shipping issues. Manage returns, credits, replacements, and customer complaints. Create and maintain quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation. Identify and resolve order discrepancies or production-related issues.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience with ERP/MRP software. 5+ years expereince with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Manufacturing/production knowledge is required.

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
