Summary:
This key role will provide high quality executive administrative and functional support for the Vice President and Chief power supply officer, division directors, and division staff to ensure effective and efficient processes are maintained and coordinated.
Total Rewards:
A typical starting range for this position is $34.00 - $46.00+ hourly. Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide executive administrative support to the Vice President and Chief Power Supply Officer, division directors, and staff, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, records management, and confidential information handling. Support day-to-day Power Supply division operations, including work plan preparation, quarterly status updates, meeting coordination, and administrative follow-up. Prepare and coordinate board, committee, and member manager materials, agendas, reports, presentations, deadlines, meeting logistics, and minutes in alignment with Company standards. Attend Power Supply Committee meetings, provide meeting logistics and technical support, and prepare timely meeting minutes for inclusion in board materials. Coordinate meetings, logistics, presentations, minutes, onboarding/termination processes, access authorizations, and special administrative projects to support efficient division operations. Support Power Supply division planning, budgeting, work plan updates, invoice/account assignments, expense reimbursement support, credit card reconciliation, and staff meeting coordination. Coordinate access authorization requests, conference room reservations, meeting logistics, and administrative support for division staff.
Qualifications:
Knowledge typically acquired through high school with two years post-secondary education and a minimum of 5‑years administrative or office experience required. Skill to accurately type 50 words per minute. Executive or senior management administration experience preferred. Knowledge of standard office procedures and basic administrative functions. Exceptional ability to utilize proper business English, grammar, and punctuation consistently, using accepted organization standards, including review of items before publication. Proficiency using the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot. Other computer applications as required. Skill to effectively prioritize multiple projects by utilizing strong organizational and time management skills to complete work in an efficient manner.
