Full-Time, in-office or virtual Join Our Team Montana Estate Lawyers is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of our senior attorneys. Secondary to the position will be traditional legal assistant duties. As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to the attorney, helping manage his daily schedule and workflow, coordinate priorities, and ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience from their very first interaction with our firm. If you enjoy making a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Manage the attorney's calendar, appointments, meetings, and deadlines. Coordinate client consultations, internal meetings, and community or professional events. Help create an exceptional client and referral partner experience by anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and ensuring clients and referral partners feel informed, respected, and cared for throughout their interactions with our office. Monitor and prioritize email communications, draft correspondence, and ensure timely follow-up. Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries when needed. Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items to help ensure matters progress efficiently. Work closely with the other attorneys and administrative staff to support the firm's operations. Maintain organized electronic and physical files while safeguarding confidential client information. Handle special projects and provide administrative support as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in a law firm or other professional services environment is preferred but not required. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. A genuine desire to serve others with empathy, patience, and kindness while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with legal practice management or document management software is a plus. We offer:

Salary $34,000

  • $40,000 based on experience Paid time off Health insurance premium paid for employee 401(k) retirement plan with 4% match Paid holidays Flexibility to attend personal appointments, family events, and school activities Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team culture Four-day work week
  • Monday through Thursday 7:30 am
  • 5:30 pm.
