Job Description

We take pride in our professionalism, reliability, and team-first culture. About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This is a high-trust, high-impact position that serves as a strategic partner to our executives — keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring leadership can focus on growing the business. Responsibilities
  • Manage complex daily workflows
  • Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Attend leadership meetings, record minutes, and track action items
  • Handle confidential matters with complete discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate with department heads, vendors, clients, and municipal contacts on behalf of leadership
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks including onboarding coordination
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and executive budget tracking
  • Oversee special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant
  • Prior experience supporting C-suite or senior-level leadership
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment
  • Experience in trades, construction, or service industry is a plus — not required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits
