Key Responsibilities:

Field Property Management Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns Supervise and coordinate outside superintendents and maintenance staff Manage vendor and supplier relationships; coordinate repairs and service contracts Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure properties are well-maintained Executive Assistant Independently manage daily office operations, filing systems, and administrative workflows Handle personal and business affairs for the principal with the utmost discretion and professionalism Draft and manage correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups across multiple priorities Bookkeeping Maintain and reconcile multiple QuickBooks files and bank accounts Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform credit card reconciliations and monthly close procedures Prepare financial reports as needed for management review
