Our client, a leading provider of energy, is hiring an Executive Assistant ! This is a fully on-site role in Franklin, TN! •This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits! (with the potential to convert)• In this role, you will provide proactive executive support to three Vice Presidents , managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and communications across global teams. You will also prioritize competing requests, coordinate with other executive assistants, handle confidential information , and ensure leadership priorities and follow-ups stay on track .
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars for three Vice Presidents, prioritizing meetings and competing requests across multiple time zones. Coordinate travel, meetings, agendas, and follow-ups , ensuring executives are prepared and priorities stay on track. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while handling confidential information and executive communications .
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience , supporting senior executives. Strong communication and MS Office skills , including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
