Executive Assistant We are looking for someone who can keep up, stay organized, and make things happen. We are looking for a polished, personable, highly organized Executive Assistant to work closely with our executive team. This is a hands-on position with a lot of variety. You may be managing a calendar one minute, coordinating travel or an event the next, and helping with an invoice, report, or special project later in the day. The right person is professional, dependable, resourceful, and genuinely enjoys helping others. You should be comfortable working independently, able to handle confidential information, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and can anticipate what needs to happen next. What You'll Do Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments for the executive team Coordinate business travel, itineraries, accommodations, and logistics Answer phones and handle correspondence professionally and courteously Serve as a liaison between the executive team and operational team, helping keep communication clear and priorities on track Prepare executives for meetings by gathering agendas, documents, reports, and other materials Draft routine emails, correspondence, letters, and other communications Assist with expenses, invoices, receipts, basic accounting tasks, and recordkeeping Assist with compliance requirements and state and federal filings Organize and analyze information and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations Assist with marketing, presentations, communications, and other business materials Help with special projects and business initiatives Plan and coordinate meetings and events from start to finish, including invitations, vendors, logistics, and on-site support Run errands and handle various administrative and operational tasks Travel occasionally for business meetings, events, or other company needs Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Keep track of deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups and make sure things get done Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and take care of things before they become problems Help manage communications, requests, scheduling, and priorities on behalf of the executive team Do whatever is needed to help the executive team and the business run smoothly What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required Previous executive assistant, administrative, operations, or similar experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Polished, professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people Highly organized with strong attention to detail Good judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong computer, spreadsheet, and presentation skills Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out Positive, dependable, and service-minded Willingness to travel occasionally for business or events Compensation Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications. Pay:
