$25-$33/hour LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a local organization in Forest Grove to identify an experienced Executive Assistant for an immediate contract opportunity. This high-visibility role will provide direct support to senior leadership and is ideal for a polished administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a trusted partner to executives. The successful candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Handle confidential communications and sensitive information with discretion Draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence and documents Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and special projects as needed Prioritize and manage multiple requests while anticipating leadership needs Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Support day-to-day administrative operations and executive initiatives Qualifications Previous Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant experience required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage complex calendars and changing priorities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional demeanor and executive presence Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools What We're Looking For A proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly Someone who is comfortable supporting senior leadership in a dynamic environment A highly organized professional who maintains confidentiality and discretion Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within a respected organization while gaining valuable experience in a senior-level administrative support role.
