This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage day-to-day operations, work well with different personalities, solve problems proactively, and keep people and priorities moving in the right direction. What you'll get:

Base Salary:

$60,000 - $65,000 PTO and growth opportunities

Compensation:

$60,000 - $65,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

Keep priorities, communication, and workflows running smoothly Support team members and help maintain accountability Coordinate schedules, meetings, projects, and key initiatives Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions Serve as a reliable point person between leadership and the team
