IM Team runs several businesses out of Augusta, including Insurance Masters (ACA health insurance), benefits and soware ventures, and residential real-estate renovation and house flips. Our owner moves fast, and we need a sharp, confident, high-energy right hand who can switch hats at a moment's notice and handle every task well. This isn't a sit-and-file job. You'll be at the center of the action. What You'll Do Finance & Bookkeeping Review and process payables for Insurance Masters Review QuickBooks entries across multiple company files and catch miscoded transactions, duplicates, and missing receipts Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare weekly cash and accounts payable summaries for the owner Excel & Reporting Build and maintain trackers, budgets, flip-house cost sheets, and reports Use pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and clean, professional formatting Real Estate Operations Walk flip houses that are nearly complete and photograph what's le to do Create prioritized punch lists with owners and deadlines Coordinate with contractors and follow up until every item is closed Meta & Social Media Help manage Facebook and Instagram through Meta Business Suite Schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and support ad campaigns and creative initiatives Executive Support Manage the owner's calendar, triage the inbox, and handle vendor calls and travel Handle anything else that comes up, with professionalism and urgency What You'll Bring Advanced Excel skills (We will test them). Strong QuickBooks experience (Online and/or Desktop), including multi-company files, AP, reconciliations, and classes Bookkeeping or accounting experience. A degree is great, but proven work experience counts just as much. Excellent written and verbal communication. You write clear, professional emails, speak confidently with clients, vendors, and contractors, and keep leadership updated without being asked. Meta and social media savvy. You're comfortable in Meta Business Suite, Facebook, and Instagram. An upbeat, confident, outgoing personality. You're not shy. You speak up, take charge, and are comfortable on camera. A true multitasker. You switch priorities quickly without dropping details.
