Job Description

Executive Administrative Assistant / Office Administrator 1st shift 9am-3pm or 8am-2pm Pay 20.00 Provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO. Schedule, coordinate, and organize meetings and appointments. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, reports, and presentations. Coordinate meeting logistics including conference rooms, refreshments, communications, and materials. Track follow-up items and action steps to ensure important tasks are completed. Maintain confidentiality regarding company, employee, and executive matters. Office Administration Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Scan, organize, file, and retrieve company documents. Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail, packages, and shipments. Maintain office records and support overall office organization. Accounting Support Collect, scan, organize, and submit receipts and supporting documentation to the company's accounting firm. Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents. Coordinate with management and accounting partners when documentation is requested. Support administrative accounting functions and recordkeeping. Qualifications Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently. Preferred Skills Calendar management and meeting coordination experience. Experience working with executives or senior leadership. Records management and document control experience. Basic accounting or bookkeeping support experience. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Apply Today!
