Executive Assistant IOC Company - 3.8 Mission, TX Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Computer operation Microsoft Excel Computer literacy Writing skills Research Microsoft Outlook Calendar Full Job Description Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required or, at least ten (10) years of work experience in a professional work setting required English & Spanish (written & spoken) is a requirement Excellent Communicator verbally and in writing Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs quickly Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Bookkeeping experience Familiarity with DocuSign and QuickBooks is a plus Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for professional growth and development Medical, Dental and Vision 401k contributions after 12 months of service Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed Assist in organizing and coordinating company events or meetings Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other inquiries for the CEO Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
