Job Description

Senior Executive Assistant — Right Hand to the CEO | $60K-$80
K Location:
Lehi, Utah | Full-Time | Hybrid Are You the Person Who Makes Everything Run Better? You know that person who somehow always has everything handled? The one who catches problems before anyone notices them. Who remembers the details everyone else forgets. Who doesn't need to be reminded, followed up with, or told what to do next. The person everyone depends on because when they say something is handled, it's handled. If that's you, keep reading. We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to become the right hand to the founder and CEO of PestLaunch. Not someone who just manages a calendar or checks tasks off a list. Someone who can step into a fast-growing business, take ownership, bring order to the chaos, and make the entire company run better. Someone who makes the CEO wonder how he ever operated without them. Here's the Opportunity PestLaunch helps pest control business owners grow their companies, increase profitability, build better teams, and get their lives back. We're a growing company with a small team, ambitious goals, and a founder who moves fast. There are constantly new opportunities, projects, clients, and moving pieces. And that's where you come in. Your job is to make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so the CEO can spend his time doing what he does best: growing the company. You'll work directly with the founder, have real responsibility, and become one of the most trusted people in the business. You won't be buried in a giant corporate structure. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership, solve problems, build systems, and see the direct impact of your work. What Would You Actually Do?
Imagine being the person who:
Runs the CEO's calendar so smoothly he never has to think about scheduling, reminders, or meeting preparation. Keeps the team organized and accountable so projects and deadlines don't fall through the cracks. Takes a new client from signed contract to fully onboarded without the CEO needing to coordinate every step. Anticipates what needs to happen next and handles it before anyone asks. Catches mistakes, solves problems, and improves processes without waiting for instructions. Manages important follow-ups, communications, projects, and business details. Occasionally helps with personal scheduling, travel, appointments, and logistics to make the CEO's life easier. You don't have to do everything yourself. But you do have to make sure everything gets done. That's the difference. This Job Is Probably Perfect for You If... You're the most organized person in just about every room you're in. You naturally take charge when things are disorganized. You love checking things off your list, but you're even better at figuring out what should be on the list in the first place. You're constantly thinking two or three steps ahead. You hate having to be reminded about something you already committed to. You notice little details that everyone else misses. You enjoy working with ambitious, fast-moving entrepreneurs. You're confident enough to push back, ask questions, and hold people accountable. You're resourceful. When you encounter a problem, your first instinct is to figure it out. You get genuine satisfaction from making someone else's life easier and more productive. You're not looking for a job where someone tells you exactly what to do every day. You want responsibility. You want ownership. You want to be trusted. And you want to be somewhere your contribution actually matters. This Probably Isn't for You If... You need someone to create your to-do list every morning. You regularly need reminders to complete responsibilities. You prefer a slow-paced environment with predictable days. You wait for instructions instead of taking initiative. You struggle to manage multiple priorities or deadlines. You get uncomfortable following up with people or holding them accountable. We're looking for someone who thrives with responsibility, not someone who avoids it. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Operations Manager, or similar role. Experience directly supporting a CEO, founder, entrepreneur, or senior executive. Exceptional organizational skills, communication, and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently. Comfortable with technology, systems, and learning new software. Based in Utah and able to work regularly from our Lehi office. Experience supporting a founder or growing small business is a major plus. But above all, we're looking for someone with a track record of taking ownership and making things happen. What You'll Get $60,000-$80,000/year , depending on experience. Direct access to the founder and CEO. Real ownership and influence over how the business operates. A hybrid work arrangement with regular in-person collaboration in Lehi. The opportunity to build systems, improve operations, and make a meaningful impact. A growing company where strong performance can lead to greater responsibility and career growth. A fast-paced environment where initiative, problem-solving, and results are genuinely valued. Here's What Success Looks Like Six months from now, the CEO is spending significantly less time managing details, chasing tasks, coordinating people, and worrying about things getting done. The calendar runs smoothly. The team is organized. Clients are taken care of. Projects are moving forward. Problems get solved before they become emergencies. And when the CEO hands something to you, he knows it's going to get done. That's the impact we're hiring for. Think You're the Right Person? We're not looking for someone who simply looks good on paper. We're looking for someone who's sharp, confident, proactive, and genuinely great at making things happen. And we'd love to get to know you beyond your résumé.
To apply:
Submit your résumé. Record a quick 2-3 minute Loom video introducing yourself and answering these questions: Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself and your experience supporting executives or business owners. What makes you exceptional? What are you really good at that separates you from the average executive assistant? Prove it. Give us a specific example of something you took complete ownership of that made your executive's life significantly easier. Why this opportunity? What excites you about this position at PestLaunch? Include your Loom link with your application. No fancy editing or presentation needed. Just be yourself! We're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and gets things done. This is your chance to show us why that's you. We're excited to meet you!
