This role offers an exciting opportunity to support various legal practices by managing files, conducting research, and assisting with case preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the legal field. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal processes while providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients alike. Duties Manage and organize legal files, documents, and case materials using Clio. Assist in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision and clarity. Support attorneys with client communication and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and procedural compliance; proofread all legal materials thoroughly. Enter data accurately into Clio to maintain organized filing systems. Provide administrative support such as answering phones with professional etiquette, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings or court filings as needed. Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Excellent proofreading skills along with strong attention to detail in legal drafting and document management. Ability to perform research effectively while understanding procedural rules across different jurisdictions. Oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients, court personnel and coworkers. Good active listening skills Great time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities.
