We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Document Processing Associate to assist with various extensive-scale document preparation, records organization, indexing, and data-entry projects, both onsite and at client locations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, attention to detail, organization, and working within a professional team environment. Modern file clerks and document processing associates require more than basic filing ability. Strong candidates combine organization, accuracy, consistency, and operational critical-thinking skills to maintain records integrity, confidentiality, and workflow efficiency. Core Skill Sets

  • Prepare paper records for scanning and digital conversion
  • Remove staples, clips, bindings, and organize files for processing
  • Barcode and label files accurately
  • Perform data entry and indexing into company software systems
  • Verify document accuracy and completeness
  • Organize records according to client specifications
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with records storage and retrieval projects
  • Follow company procedures and quality-control standards
  • Report project progress and issues to management/owners as required
  • All other duties as assigned Required Qualifications

Pay:
