In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience. You will manage front desk operations, handle a variety of clerical tasks, and support office management functions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment while maintaining smooth administrative workflows. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and directing them appropriately Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and onboarding new clients Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, word processing, proofreading, and document organization Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic administrative support Maintain accurate records through filing systems—both physical and electronic—ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with general office duties to ensure efficient daily operations and uphold organizational standards Skills Legal office experience is preferred, but not required.
