Job Description
Job Description We are seeking Bilingual Medicare Outreach Specialists to support elderly Medicare patients through phone-based Health Risk Assessment (HRA) outreach. Responsibilities Conduct phone-based health surveys for HRA (Health Risk Assessment), using structured scripts. Communicate with patients in Spanish or English to ensure clarity and understanding. Accurately document and organize survey responses in designated systems/forms. Track call status (completed, partial, no-answer after multiple attempts). Handle all patient information with strict confidentiality (HIPAA-compliant). Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English (Ability to conduct full phone conversations independently) Strong phone communication and active listening skills. Attention to detail with reliable data entry abilities. Basic computer proficiency (comfortable using forms and data entry systems). Prior experience in healthcare, patient outreach, or call center work preferred. Medical license or certification is a plus.
Employment Details Schedule:
Flexible, performance-based. Contractors may choose their own working hours, provided all outreach calls are made Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Location:
Remote work at home (after 6 hours on-site training)
Training & Orientation:
6 hours orientation and training (including call scripts) will be provided in Irvine, CA office prior to start.
Expected start date:
Immediately after the interview, upon contract execution (1099)
Compensation:
$25 per validated completed HRA case (no hourly guarantee; payment based solely on completed and approved cases).
