This position is responsible for conducting skip tracing investigations, locating individuals and assets, and assisting with debt collection efforts through investigative research. Responsibilities Conduct skip tracing and locate individuals using public records, databases, and internet research tools Perform asset investigations and identify sources of recovery Communicate professionally with employers and third parties Maintain accurate records and detailed notes regarding investigations and collection efforts Comply with all applicable federal and state laws governing debt collection and investigations Meet productivity and performance goals in a professional office environment

Qualified Applicants Must:

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Be highly organized and detail-oriented Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Possess the ability to work independently and efficiently Be proficient in computer, internet, and data-entry functions

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in skip tracing, debt collection, legal collections, investigations, or a related field Strong typing and internet research skills A proven record of reliability and strong attendance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and professional environment Familiarity with collection software and investigative databases is a plus
