SLG is looking for a legal clerical and is willing to train the right candidate. It would be a great job for someone who has office or administrative experience and wants to get into the legal field. Job duties include : Electronic inquiries in state and federal courts throughout the state to obtain file opening information; file opening and document management; filing; distribution of mail/voicemails; attend calendar meetings and obtain needed appearance information; scanning and saving documents; supply purchases for staff and kitchen; assist office administrator and staff on general clerical matters, including, but not limited to e-filing, mailings, and limited drafting.

A Successful Candidate:

A successful candidate will have the following skills and qualities: willingness to learn, general computer and typing skills, be detail oriented; must have a stable job history (at least two years in the same job. However, we may consider a graduate of a paralegal program in lieu of experience); ability to support multiple paralegals and attorneys and communicate effectively with two offices.
