Full Job Description Job Title :

RCM Support Specialist (Reading, MA)

Responsibilities/ Job Duties :

Capturing rendered services accurately and promptly to streamline charge entry Submitting assisted reproductive technology (ART) insurance claims efficiently Reviewing and reconciling daily reports to ensure seamless charge and claim workflows Processing and applying insurance and patient payment posting accurately Managing self-pay billing procedures and assisting patients with balance inquiries Executing patient A/R follow-up and collection strategies to resolve outstanding balances Providing phone and patient-portal support, scaling coverage as operational workflow ramped up

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :
Experience:

2+ years of administrative or billing experience within a medical practice or physician office

Revenue Cycle Operations:

Demonstrated hands-on expertise in charge entry and insurance claim submission

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable navigating EMR/PM systems with a proven ability to quickly master new software

Data Integrity:

Exceptional attention to detail and precision when handling complex financial and patient records

Agility:

Highly adaptable and self-directed, capable of reprioritizing tasks seamlessly in a fast-paced environment

Compliance:

Strong foundation in HIPAA regulations with strict adherence to PHI confidentiality standards
