Medical Biller / Medical Billing Specialist - Business Office Princeton Nassau Pediatrics - Princeton, NJ For over 45 years, Princeton Nassau Pediatrics has been dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric care to families in our community. We are seeking an experienced Medical Biller / Medical Billing Specialist to join our on-site Business Office. This position plays a vital role in healthcare billing, insurance claim management, and revenue cycle management (RCM) while providing excellent support to patients and families.

Responsibilities:

Answer patient phone calls and portal messages with professionalism and accuracy Prepare and manage patient billing, including personal balance collections Process medical billing tasks including insurance claim submission, follow-up, denial management, and EOB posting Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve claims, ensure accurate reimbursement, and support the full revenue cycle process Maintain compliance with healthcare billing standards and office policies

Qualifications:

Prior experience in medical billing, healthcare billing, or insurance claim processing required Knowledge of PCC's EHR and Practice Management software preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Benefits:
