Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive License and Title Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage all aspects of vehicle licensing, registration, and title processing to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Your expertise will help streamline administrative procedures, support dealership operations, and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties Process vehicle titles, registrations, license plates, and related documentation accurately and efficiently. Verify all paperwork for completeness and compliance with legal requirements before submission. Maintain organized records of all licensing transactions, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness. Communicate effectively with customers, dealerships, government agencies, and internal teams to facilitate smooth license and title operations. Assist in inventory management of license plates and registration materials to prevent shortages or discrepancies. Stay updated on changing regulations related to vehicle licensing and registration procedures. Support sales teams by providing necessary documentation for high-end sales and retail transactions. Requirements Previous experience in dealership administration, automotive repair, retail sales, or related fields is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing documents. Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for customer interactions. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and inventory control practices is advantageous. Familiarity with automotive dealership operations including sales pipeline management and sales management principles. Administrative experience with proficiency in handling paperwork, data entry, and record keeping. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
