Overview Nelson Mullins is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in either its Boca Raton or Fort Lauderdale offices . The Boca Raton attorneys focus in the areas of complex commercial real estate, estate planning, corporate, and health care, and continue to expand their services as client needs require. All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of your law school transcript. We Know You You have two to three years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation matters . Prior service as a federal court clerk is a plus. You're prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions , take and defend depositions , and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the team. You possess exceptional organizational, oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and a solid understanding of procedural and substantive law. You are adept in case management, ready to take the lead, and are admitted to and in good standing w ith the Florida Bar .
