We Know You You have two to three years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation matters . Prior service as a federal court clerk is a plus. You're prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions , take and defend depositions , and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the team. You possess exceptional organizational, oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and a solid understanding of procedural and substantive law. You are adept in case management, ready to take the lead, and are admitted to and in good standing w ith the Florida Bar .
