Full Job Description Salary Range:
$76,000
  • 110,000 The Oncology Service Line Office Manager is an operational leader responsible for the daily administrative and operational oversight of the Medical Oncology Clinic, Infusion Center, and Radiation Oncology Outpatient Center.
The Office Manager provides leadership and support to frontline staff while ensuring efficient clinic operations, exceptional patient service, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship. Working under the direction of the Director, Business Operations
  • Oncology Service Line, this position is responsible for managing office operations, optimizing patient access, supporting revenue cycle processes, coordinating staffing resources, and partnering with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, finance, and ancillary departments to deliver high-quality oncology care.
The Office Manager serves as a resource for staff and providers while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. In addition to performing the essential functions listed below, may also be assigned other duties as required.
