Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, highly organized Corporate Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our construction company in Gardena. This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating office needs, supporting management and employees, communicating with vendors, and ensuring administrative and operational matters are handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and help maintain an organized, productive corporate office environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the corporate office to maintain an organized, professional, and efficient work environment. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, building management, and service providers regarding general office needs. Manage office supplies, equipment, conference rooms, common areas, and other workplace needs to keep the office stocked, functional, and ready for daily operations in coordination with the Front Desk Receptionist. Coordinate vendor visits, maintenance requests, repairs, office purchases, and facility-related services, following through to ensure issues are addressed promptly. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and general office correspondence in coordination with the Front Desk Receptionist. Coordinate meetings, office activities, company events, and other internal needs, including scheduling and logistical arrangements. Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents, administrative records, vendor information, employee directories, and other office records. Coordinate workspace setup, equipment, supplies, access, and other office-related needs for new hires and employee changes. Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and other business documents using Microsoft Office and company systems. Provide administrative and operational support to management and corporate departments, including special projects and changing business needs. Identify practical ways to improve office organization, procedures, communication, and day-to-day efficiency while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in office administration, office management, or business operations. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and follow tasks through to completion. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability. Proficiency with computer software including internet browsing like Chrome and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams. Ability to use sound judgment and handle confidential information appropriately. Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating with vendors, building management, service providers, or outside contacts. Experience supporting office or facility needs in a construction, subcontractor, trade, or project-based business environment. Comfortable looking for practical ways to improve office organization, processes, and day-to-day efficiency.
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
