Job Description

PARRIS Law Firm is seeking an experienced, solutions-oriented Office Manager to join our Management Team and play a key role in the day-to-day operations and continued growth of the firm. This position is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, managing people, and keeping a fast-paced organization running efficiently. We are looking for someone who can see the big picture while also staying on top of the details. The right person will recognize what needs attention, develop practical solutions, and follow through to ensure things get done. Position Overview:
As a member of the Management Team, the Office Manager plays a central role in keeping the firm running smoothly and positioning it for continued growth. This person partners closely with the firm's Partners, managers, and department leaders, turning firm-wide priorities into action. We're looking for someone who catches problems before they grow, moves comfortably between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, and takes real ownership of outcomes rather than waiting to be told what to do next.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the firm Identify inefficiencies in office systems, procedures, and workflows, and implement practical improvements Lead and support teams with a focus on accountability, performance, communication, and professional development Manage vendor relationships and contracts Oversee the operational needs of the firm's satellite offices, including leases, inventory, and landlord communications Partner with firm leadership on initiatives that improve operations, employee experience, and client service Manage projects from start to finish, keeping deadlines, priorities, and organizational goals on track Promote consistency, coordination, and a high-performing culture across departments
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred Strong leadership and people-management skills Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience identifying inefficiencies and successfully implementing process improvements Proven ability to manage projects, solve problems independently, and see initiatives through to completion Sound judgment, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
