PROFESSIONAL FINE ART SERVICES INC.
Professional Fine Art Services is looking to hire a full time office administrator! This position will give you the opportunity to interact with highly reputable artists, gallerists and museum executives alike. This position requires you to be responsible for assisting clients with their custom framing needs as well as overseeing the operative departments to ensure quality performance. You will serve as the first impression to our clients over the phone, email, and for our walk-in customers. The ideal candidate is a fast learner and self starter who is responsible and detail oriented. Minimum of 2-3 years office experience required and experience in the arts industry preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must provide excellent customer service experience for all customers. Manage sales and other key performance standards within the department. Manage and coordinate the schedules for executive management. Perform administrative responsibilities including taking notes during meetings, preparing correspondence, managing files, making estimates and invoices. Be responsible for keeping up with emails and client questions Assist with special projects as assigned as well as lead sales consultations. Purchasing for office supplies, and other supplies if needed.
Qualifications and Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years customer service and office experience required Experience within the art industry a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills Proficient in Apple software, Google Suites, Excel, Outlook, Icloud calendar, etc
