Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Office Manager to oversee the administrative and financial operations of our organization. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, filing systems, and calendar management to ensure efficiency. Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development programs to enhance team performance. Oversee bookkeeping, accounting, and financial software such as QuickBooks; prepare budgets and monitor expenses to maintain fiscal health. Coordinate vendor management activities including contract negotiations, service evaluations, and procurement processes. Handle human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, and maintaining confidential personnel records. Organize events, meetings, and client communication efforts to foster positive relationships and promote organizational initiatives. Ensure accurate record-keeping through meticulous filing, spreadsheets management, and adherence to office policies. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong bookkeeping and accounting background. Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with financial software like QuickBooks or other accounting tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills for client interaction, vendor negotiations, and team collaboration. Experience with event planning, vendor management, payroll processing, and human resources functions is highly desirable.
